Our name is our mission, enabling continuous business value (increment) through knowledge transfer and consulting (mentor) services.

In 2005, Jochen (Joe) Krebs founded Incrementor, a consulting company specialized in helping organizations with the successful adoption of agile processes (Scrum, XP, Lean and other iterative-incremental processes) either on a corporate enterprise-level or team-level.The Incrementor approach is practical, hands-on and proven. Joe works directly with teams and delivers trainings and workshops himself. In larger-scale engagements, Joe assembles a team of very experienced coaches who work with him to deliver the goals.
