Coaching

Coaching services are situational, based on your team or organizational needs. Utilizing our years of expertise in agile project leadership, together we will define an action plan to promote a successful adoption of agile practices in your organization. That may mean working with your teams through the early sprints with a focus on project progress as well as on the job knowledge transfer or a review existing agile practices to make teams more effective.

We have worked with Scrum Masters, members of a PMO and 1:1 with executives. Our coaching are often combined with our training courses and workshops which can reinforce core topics or kick-off entire teams.
