Incrementor is a boutique management consulting firm specialized in agile project and product management for individual teams and entire enterprises. We are change agents offering a unique blend of knowledge transfer and application of Scrum, eXtreme Programming (XP), Lean and other iterative-incremental processes. Our popular training courses for example, are often an ideal kick-off or refresher for entire project teams. Our courses are practical and we relate and apply the course content with your team through the initial iterations. To intensify an agile transformation, we offer very short but focused workshops even while the sprint is in flight. It is important to us, that we assemble pragmatic solutions with a positive impact on your business value. We accomplish that by taking short intervals after which we reflect, adapt and execute again.
On an enterprise-level, we prepare and execute solutions to transform entire organizations by embracing agile project and portfolio management practices. Depending on the size of your organization, we work directly with your executive team as well as members of the project management office (PMO). Our expertise in this area allows us to advise and execute for top-down or bottom-up agile adoption programs alike.
Our customers have experienced instant benefits from adopting our practices. These include accelerated time-to-market release management, increased innovation and creativity, higher software quality and also much higher team morale. Our services are provided on-site, directly with customers and stakeholders primarily in New York, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago and Boston.
Our name is our mission, enabling continuous business value (increment) through knowledge transfer and consulting (mentor) services. We have successful and diverse bi-directional partnerships in place to build the best possible solutions for our customers.
