Facilitation

Many meetings are ineffective because of a lack of agenda, focus, time management and eventually results (action items). Because agile teams work in narrow time-boxes, meeting facilitation techniques become essential for the success of the project. Even for teams with a long agile history and experience, using an external facilitator can offer great benefits and provide teams with an unbiased view. Incrementor offers facilitation for the two most prominent meetings in each iteration; iteration planning and the retrospective.
