Our agile in Schools program has many positive side-effects, for example:
- Agile in the classroom Aims to improve grades, social behavior and respect for others
- Agile in Schools, helps teachers and School administrators to plan, schedule and organize the work inside the school.
- Preparing the future workforce to learn the 21st-century skills and an agile mindset.
We start by training the teachers, School principals and other school staff in the agile mindset. This is followed by a training specifically for the teachers on how they can take Agile/Scrum into their classroom. To ensure successful introduction of agile into the classroom our coaches can assist the teachers along the way.
Scrum is different in a classroom (for example Team size, length of the events etc.) and our program takes that with scrum as a project-based learning method into consideration.
Beyond Agile in the Classroom, We can assist school administration to also use the Agile Mindset to manage school activities more effectively.
Both, Scrum for classroom and school administration, provides a COMPETITIVE Advantage compared to traditional school management.
