Free Webinar: SoS for the Scrum of Scrums (How a few important tweaks can rescue a concept from the early days of Scrum)
July, 1st, 2019 - 10.00am - Length 20 Minutes. Register below.
The Scrum of Scrums (SoS) was one of the first responses to address scaling with Scrum when Scrum was used for projects with more than one team. Back then the Scrum of Scrum was simply a gathering of the various Scrum Masters from the teams that relayed the challenges among the teams. Although this simplification of the Scrum of Scrums is often ineffective, many organizations still using the Scrum of Scrums for coordination of their teams.
In this webinar, we will explore why the Scrum of Scrum is often an overhead and does not provide the benefits users hope for. We will see how a few changes to the Scrum of Scrum can make this meeting powerful again while stepping closer to a lightweight scaling process framework like Nexus.
