Modern leadership. Measurable change.
Adaptive Leadership - Cohort
A private, company‑only leadership program for up to 20 participants per cohort that blends live instruction, deliberate practice, and coaching behaviors leaders can use immediately. The core cohort runs 15 sessions (typically weekly, 2 hours each) with asynchronous practice between sessions to build durable habits.
Who this cohort is for?
Leaders at every level who shape culture and outcomes:
Team leads and managers
Senior leaders and executives
Product and tech leaders
HR/OD professionals, change agents, and internal coaches
Why this cohort works?
Most training informs. This one transforms. We designed the cohort around three ingredients that convert learning into results:
Live, high‑impact sessions — practical tools, peer learning, and guided application.
Deliberate practice between sessions — micro‑assignments in the flow of work to lock in new habits.
Coaching‑style leadership — evidence‑based behaviors that raise engagement, performance, and retention, with AI-assisted practice to surface alternative viewpoints.

Gallup

Outcomes you can expect
By the end of the core 15 weeks, your leaders will:
Use the power of coaching conversations to unlock performance without micromanaging.
Practice evidence‑based decision‑making and fast feedback loops.
Build psychological safety and accountability in teams.
Improve cross‑functional alignment and execution.
Turn strategy into repeatable experiments with measurable outcomes.
Cohort structure
15 live sessions (core) × 2h (usually weekly)
Asynchronous practice assignments between sessions (~60 minutes each), optionally AI-assisted to generate fresh scenarios and feedback.
Peer huddles and Buddy System for reflection and accountability
Light assessments to visualize progress — no tests, just evidence
Extend as needed:
Many clients add 2–6 optional weeks to tailor for context (e.g., feedback culture, modern performance, strategic clarity, change leadership). We co‑design this during discovery.
AI-enabled leadership experiments (e.g., scenario generation, meeting-prep coaching questions, post-mortem analysis).

Pricing & availability
We scope pricing during discovery based on group size, modality, and optional extensions. Cohorts are limited to ensure quality.
